● Renters must be 21 years or older. 

● Anyone planning to operate the boat must have a valid boater education certificate if born after January 1, 1986. 

● Our boats accommodate up to 13 passengers total, including children and infants. 

● Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to ensure you receive your full allotted time on the water. 

● Boats will depart with a full tank of fuel. Renters are responsible for the cost of refueling at the end of their trip. 

● Our boats are dog-friendly. 

● Life jackets are provided for all passengers. If bringing an infant, we recommend bringing a properly fitted infant life jacket for the best comfort and fit. 

● Coolers are not provided on the boats. Guests are welcome to bring their own coolers and beverages onboard. Ice, alcoholic beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks are available for purchase at the marina. 

● Lake Hamilton is a no-glass lake. Glass bottles and containers are not permitted on board. 

● Tubes and water mats are available as add-ons during the booking process. 

● Rental availability and departures may be affected by severe weather conditions.
