Baby was an Arkansas native, born in Batesville, Arkansas in 1919. She was the youngest sister in a family of girls, hence the nickname “Baby” that stuck for life. She was a bright-eyed fiesty lover of life and the matriarch of our boating family. She lived in a house on Lake Hamilton that was always full of grandchildren and cousins. She spent every minute of every day talking and chatting with friends and family. She loved hosting guests, a good card game, fishing off the dock, racing season at Oaklawn, Coca-Cola and pimento cheese. Most of all, she loved her family and any excuse to get together; and, as we hope you do too, Baby loved Hot Springs….
